The asset management system supports user-built server and Ali cloud server provided by Taibo to operate in two ways.No need for dedicated maintenance,get started quickly.
Features include:

Ledger management,value management,location management,allocation management,scrap management,receiving and returning management,inventory management,maintenance management,data analysis,etc.

Ledger management: complete equipment and asset management records and files,including the following records:
Basic information,use transfer record,maintenance service history record,service contract record,inspection record,QR code,operation record,GPS location,financial fixed asset code,etc.

Staffs and departments can check the list of available assets in real time.

User departments and permissions are different,the queried asset list is different.

Mobile daily management,whole staff using,Scan the QR code of the device to complete the use, return, allocation, scrap.

The asset administrator can search for idle devices and assets at any time and initiate the approval process.

The management department initiated the annual inventory plan, and the system automatically disassembled the inventory tasks according to the department
